If I’m making a salad for lunch or dinner, it needs to actually feel like food. Something fresh and colorful, yes, but also filling, satisfying, and packed with enough flavor and texture that you genuinely want to eat it again.

  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup pecans
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
