– wash & slice (wear gloves!) - spread on trays, not touching - set the dehydrator to 135F - dehydrate for 4-12 hours,
total Time: 4-12 hours

- Use a sharp knife and cutting board to prep peppers. Remove any seeds or veins for milder dehydrated peppers, leave them in for a spicier blend.
– Cut peppers into slices to rehydrate for fajitas or other dishes, cut into small dices or mince for a finer final product.
– dried peppers should be leathery and brittle to the touch. There should be no flexibility or moisture when bent.
