Strawberry Top Vinegar

A simple, no-waste strawberry infused vinegar made using leftover strawberry tops. Perfect for dressings, marinades, bread dipping, and everyday cooking.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberry tops
  • 2 cups white vinegar 5%

Instructions
 

  1. Add the washed strawberry tops to a mason jar.
  2. Cover the strawberry tops with vinegar by at least an inch. Add the lid and let the mixture infuse in a cool area out of direct sunlight for 24-48 hours.
  3. Once the vinegar has fully infused, strain the strawberry tops out.
  4. Store the strawberry vinegar infusion in a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to one month.
